Hi, I'm Natali, Spiritual life coach, mentor, and Reiki practitioner with over 10+ years of working in the health and wellness industry within the Latinx & BIPOC community.

I empower women cycle breakers to activate their self-trust through intuition, tap into joy, and create a self-love practice.

I completely reinvented myself after a layoff while 7-months pregnant in 2019. By 2020 I decided to start my soul-led spiritual business.

I became a Spiritual life coach, Reiki certified, and I began to combine my creative skills obtained as an Activities Coordinator for seniors.

I have experienced major spiritual shifts firsthand, dissolving limiting beliefs, low self-esteem and opening an immense sense of joy, compassion, and gratitude for my work.

As a kid, I was ridiculed and called Betty la Fea (Ugly Betty) for many years. I let this define me. I battled with depression, anxiety, anger, and low-self esteem.

I didn't overcome all of this alone, and neither should you!

It has taken me years to feel empowered and safe in my body while at the same time empowering women to heal and break out of unhealthy patterns.

I began releasing the fear of showing up authentically. Letting go of the fear of uncertainty, fear of speaking my truth & feelings of unworthiness.

I have built a stronger foundation, and I went from

Betty la Fea to Nati la libre (Liberated Nat).
